📝 Admission Procedure

At Golden Public School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing educational environment. Our admission process is transparent, merit-based, and designed to ensure a smooth transition for both students and parents.

  • Pre-KG & LKG: Children must meet the age criteria as prescribed by the CBSE guidelines.

  • Grade I and above: Admission is based on age appropriateness, previous academic performance, and seat availability.

  • Enquiry & Campus Visit: Parents are encouraged to visit the school campus to understand the facilities, curriculum, and teaching methods.

  • Application Form: Collect and submit the duly filled application form from the school office or website (if online facility available).

  • Document Submission: Submit the required documents along with the application form (see list below).

  • Interaction/Assessment: Depending on the grade, students may be called for an entrance test or informal interaction.

  • Admission Confirmation: On successful completion of assessment and document verification, admission will be confirmed.

  • Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed admission and term fees within the given timeframe to secure the seat.

  • Birth Certificate (Original + Photocopy)

  • Transfer Certificate (for Grade II and above)

  • Previous Year’s Report Card / Mark Sheet

  • Previous Year’s Report Card / Mark Sheet

  • Aadhar Card (Student & Parent)

  • Passport-size Photographs (4 copies)

  • Community Certificate (if applicable)

  • Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)

We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to withdraw from the school. The withdrawal process is governed by a fair and systematic policy to ensure proper documentation and clearance.

  • Application for Withdrawal: A written request must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the Principal stating the reason for withdrawal.

  • Notice Period: At least one month’s prior notice must be given before the intended date of withdrawal.

  • Clearance: All dues (academic fees, library books, etc.) must be cleared before issuing the Transfer Certificate (TC).

  • Transfer Certificate: The TC will be issued within 7 working days from the date of request and after clearance.

  • No refund of fees will be made for withdrawal during the middle of the academic term.

  • Students leaving in the final term must pay the full year’s fees to be eligible for transfer documentation.

  • In case of relocation or medical emergencies, the school will consider special requests with proper documentation.
